Recipe: Apple Muffins
Fluffy and sweet muffins with lots of good flavours. Also egg-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. They are therefore suitable for those of you who have children with these allergies. Perfect snack or treat!

Ingredients (for about 8-9 muffins):
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 dl rapeseed oil
- 1 dl oat milk
- 2 dl almond flour
- 2 dl buckwheat flour (or oat flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.75 tsp of bicarbonate
- Seasoning: 0.5 tsp cinnamon, 0.5 tsp cardamom and 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2-3 apples
Instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Mash the bananas to make a puree. Mix in oat milk and oil. Then mix the dry ingredients and stir them into the banana mixture. Add vinegar. Cut the apples into thin pieces (peel if you want before). Pour the batter into muffin tins and press the apples down. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
Age adjustments:

๐ถ๐ฝ 9-12 months: cut them into small pieces
๐ง๐ผ 12 months+: serve them as they are
