Nappies and wipes

In the early days, you’ll change nappies often, so make sure you’re well stocked. Pack a few small bags for used nappies too – handy if you can’t find a bin.

Extra set of clothes

Spit-ups, leaks, or drool happen. Having a spare outfit keeps your baby dry and comfy.

Muslin cloth

Perfect for wiping drool, shading the pram, or giving your baby a little calm space during feeds.

Small towels

For quick clean-ups, a couple of terry cloth towels are lifesavers.

Dummies (pacifiers)

Always pack a few extras – you’ll thank yourself when the crying starts.

Snack bags

Corn puffs or baby crackers keep little hands busy. Use resealable bags to keep everything fresh.

Toys

Crinkly books or squeaky toys are great to entertain baby during outings or lunch breaks.

Snacks for you

A walk with the pram can be long. Pack fruit, nuts, and water to keep your own energy up.

Phone charger or power bank

Podcasts during pram naps are fun – until the battery dies. Stay prepared.

Pro tip:

Don’t forget hand sanitiser – perfect for freshening up your hands or cleaning toys on the go.
