You are probably heavy on your feet and the fatigue is noticeable. The baby may also feel that its emergence is imminent and has begun harvesting as much energy as possible.
If you are about to become a first-time mother, you may not go into labor until after the due date. Almost 70 percent of newborns arrive after the estimated date. If you’ve given birth before, your body soon understands that it is time for childbirth and you go into labor before or around the same time as last time. On the other hand, births can go a little faster than the first time. But, with that said, all pregnancies and births are different. Focus on rest and try to prepare yourself mentally for what is to come.
