Ingredients (for about 1-2 portions):

  • 2 tablespoons of semolina (on wheat or millet)
  • 2.5 dl milk drink of choice
  • 1 tablespoon pre-mixed pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 0.5 orange or 1 clementine

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except the orange in a saucepan. Let it boil. Cook on low heat while stirring for about 5 minutes. The porridge may feel loose but it will solidify as it cools. Fillet the orange and cut it into small pieces. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the orange.

Age adjustments:

👶🏽 From 6-12 months: feed or give pre-loaded spoons of porridge that the baby can take to the mouth independently
🧒🏼 From about 12 months and up: serve the porridge with a spoon and let the child eat the porridge independently with the spoon

⚠️ Allergens: gluten (choose millet groats to avoid).
✅ Eat immediately.
